Italian Broccoli With Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 cups broccoli florets
    1/2 cup water
    2 medium tomatoes, cut into wedges
    1/2 teaspoon dried Italian seasoning
    1/2 teaspoon dried parsley flakes
    1/4 teaspoon salt (optional)
    1/8 teaspoon black pepper
    1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Cook brocolli in boiling water until crisp and tender.
    Remove from heat and drain.
    Place in a medium salad bowl. Stir in tomatoes, italian seasoning, parsley, salt, pepper.
    Microwave un covered at High for 2-4 minutes or until tomatoes are hot.
    Sprinkle with cheese and microwave 1 more minute until cheese is melted.
