Oven-Baked Potato Slices - cooking recipe
Ingredients

crisco nonstick cooking spray
2 large idaho potatoes or 2 large russet potatoes, scrubbed and cut into 1/4 inch slices
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon ground pepper (I used less pepper)
1/2 teaspoon paprika (I used about 1/4 teaspoon)
Preparation

Heat oven to 45\u00b0.
Cover baking sheet with heavy-duty aluminum foil.
Spray foil with Crisco no-stick spray.
Arrange potato slices on baking sheet.
Spray with Crisco spray.
Combine salt, pepper and paprika.
Sprinkle mixture on potato slices.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Remove pan from oven.
Turn slices with a spatula.
Bake 5-7 minutes, longer, or until potato slices are lightly browned.
Serve immediately.
