Sourdough Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    Cake
    1 cup sourdough starter
    1/3 cup vegetable oil
    1 egg (slightly beaten)
    1 cup all-purpose flour
    3/4 cup sugar
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    Topping
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine
    1 tablespoon flour
Preparation
    Combine sourdough starter, oil and egg.
    Stir together dry ingredients and add to sourdough mixture.
    Put dough into greased 9 inch square pan.
    Crumble topping ingredients together (I use a pastry blender) and sprinkle topping on top of batter.
    Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
