Crock Pot Balsamic Chicken ( Good For Weight Watchers! ) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    4 large fresh garlic cloves
    1/2 cup fresh cilantro
    1 (8 ounce) can low-fat cream of chicken soup
    2 cups rice
Preparation
    Place everything in a crock pot, except for the rice, and cook on high for 5 hours. After 5 hours, remove chicken and cut into small chunks. Put back into sauce mix and add two cups quick cooking rice. Cook on high for an additional 30 minutes.
