V-8 Gazpacho - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    32 ounces V8 vegetable juice
    1 1/2 cups chopped cucumbers
    1 cup sliced celery
    1/4 cup chopped green pepper
    1/4 cup sliced scallion
    1 medium tomatoes, seeded and chopped
    1 tablespoon minced garlic
    1 teaspoon lemon juice
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Pour V-8 into large bowl.
    Add all remaining ingredients and mix well.
    Cover and chill for 2 hours.
