Ginger Soy Dipping Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup japanese mayonnaise (Kewpie brand)
    3 tablespoons seasoned rice vinegar
    1 tablespoon soy sauce
    1 teaspoon sesame oil
    3 tablespoons sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons fresh minced garlic
    1 1/2 teaspoons fresh minced ginger
    1 teaspoon red peppers or 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients well with wire whisk in a small bowl.
    Refrigerate unused portion.
