Eskimo (Smoothie) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups evaporated milk
    1 cup fruit (strawberries, mango, mamey, or papaya)
    1 cup crushed ice
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 teaspoon wheat germ, if desired (optional)
    2 tablespoons sugar (to taste)
    ground cinnamon, to garnish
Preparation
    Blend all the ingredients except the cinnamon in a blender and serve, garnishing with cinnamon.
