Ingredients

2 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 eggs
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 3/4 cups unsweetened soymilk
Preparation

Mix together dry ingredients in a medium bowl. In a seperate bowl mix together eggs, oil, vanilla, and soymilk. Mix the wet ingredients into the dry, until thoroughly combined. Do not overmix. Let stand 10 minutes.
