Tomato Soup Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (284 ml) can tomato soup
    2 tablespoons brown sugar
    1 tablespoon vinegar
    1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
    1 teaspoon prepared mustard
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    1 lb meatballs, cooked
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a crockpot over low heat for 4-6 hours.
