Weight Watchers Hot And Sticky Spicy Prawns 1 Point Per Serving - cooking recipe

10 large raw peeled tiger shrimp
1 teaspoon harissa (paste)
2 teaspoons honey
watercress sprigs and lime wedge (to garnish)
Preparation

pat prawns dry with kitchen paper.
mix harrissa with the honey in a small bowl then add the prawns stir to coat, cover and marinate for 30minutes in the fridge (you keep in fridge up to an hour).
preheat grill to high, thread the prawns onto 2 short skewers (presoak if woodern to prevent burning), then grill for 5 minutes turning halfway through and drizzling with any leftover marinade.
remove from the skewers and serve prawns with some watercress and a lime wedge each.
