Nana'S Hummus - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (16 ounce) can chickpeas
3 -5 cloves garlic
3/4 cup water
1 cup tahini paste
1/4 cup lemon juice
2 teaspoons salt
1/2 cup olive oil
Preparation

Blend together chick peas, garlic and water in blender.
Slowly add remaining ingredients and continue blending.
Refrigerate and serve with pita triangles and/or red onion slices.
