Alabama Sunset - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 cup ripe blackberry
1 tablespoon sugar
1 ounce brandy
8 ounces champagne or 8 ounces prosecco, chilled
Preparation

With a wooden pestle or spoon, crush the blackberries with the sugar in a cocktail shaker.
Let macerate for a few minutes.
Add the brandy and strain into two champagne flutes.
Top each with 4 ounces of champagne.
