Fresh Fruit Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large egg, at room temperature
    1 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon paprika
    1 teaspoon celery seed
    1 teaspoon dry mustard
    1 pinch onion powder
    4 tablespoons vinegar, divided
    1 cup salad oil
    1 cup sugar
Preparation
    Combine the egg, in a sturdy bowl with the salt, all of the seasonings, and a little bit of the vinegar.
    Beat till creamy and smooth, and the salt has dissolved.
    Add the oil in a slow, steady stream, until the mixture thickens, then add more, until absorbed.
    Stir in the remaining vinegar, and all of the sugar.
    If preferred, the sugar, can be measured, and then ground in a food processor, for a smoother consistency, however, once it is added, to the fruit, it will desolve, on contact.
