Greek Dilly-Dally Potato Salad #Sp5 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lbs Simply Potatoes Garlic Mashed Potatoes
    1 ounce dill
    1 lemon, juiced and zested
    1 cup extra virgin olive oil
    salt or pepper
Preparation
    Squeeze lemon into a bowl, removing any seeds. Mix both bags of potatoes together with salt/pepper, lemon + zest, olive oil, chopped dill.
    Chill and serve!
