Apple Pie Muffins (Gluten Free) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cups gluten-free flour
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    2 teaspoons cinnamon
    1 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup honey
    2 cups apples, diced
    2 eggs, beaten
    3/4 cup thick yogurt
    2 tablespoons butter, melted
    1/2 cup applesauce
    2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0. Spray 18 muffin cups with oil spray. Use silicon muffin cups if you have them.
    Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and nutmeg together in a small bowl.
    In a large bowl, combine the rest of the ingredients. Mix the dry into the wet ingredients until combined well.
    Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on a baking rack.
