Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups brown sugar
    1/2 cup butter, softened
    1 egg
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 cups flour
    1 cup buttermilk or 1 cup sour milk
    1 1/2 - 2 cups rhubarb, cut into small pieces
    Topping
    1/2 cup sugar
    1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preparation
    Mix brown sugar, butter, egg and vanilla.
    Add baking soda, salt, flour and buttermilk.
    Mix until fluffy.
    Add rhubarb.
    Place batter in a 9x13 inch GLASS pan.
    Mix sugar and cinnamon together and sprinkle on top.
    Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 40 minutes.
