2 cups minced clams with juice
1 cup cracker crumb
1 cup milk (or half-and-half)
1/4 cup melted butter
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1 egg, beaten
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together and let stand for 30 minutes.

Transfer to a buttered casserole and bake for 45 minutes.
