Spicy Mexican Meatloaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs lean ground beef
    1/2 green bell pepper
    1/2 yellow onion
    1 large egg
    1 can Rotel Tomatoes
    1 package taco seasoning
    1 tablespoon chili powder
    1/4 cup crushed tortilla chips
Preparation
    Finely chop onion and bell pepper.
    Mix together all ingredients.
    Mold into a casserole dish leaving channels on the side for the fat to drain.
    Cook uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour 30 minutes.
    Drain off fat.
