Microwavable Baked Sweet Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 (16 ounce) cans sweet corn, drained
1 egg, beaten
1/2 - 3/4 cup cracker crumb
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk
4 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon butter

Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Spray baking dish with non-stick cooking spray and pour corn mixture into dish.
Cover and microwave 20 minutes or until firm.
