Belgium Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 lb butter
1 cup sugar
1 egg
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 cups flour
1 teaspoon mixed spice
1 tablespoon golden syrup
Preparation

Cream the butter and sugar, add the egg and syrup, then the dry ingredients.
Roll and cut in the usual way.
Bake on a greased tray for 15-20 minutes in a moderate oven[350 F/180 C].
