Huckleberry Crisp - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup flour
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    6 tablespoons unsalted butter, chilled and cut into 1/2 inch cubes
    5 cups huckleberries
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Generously butter a 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
    In a medium mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar and cinnamon. With a pastry cutter or fingertips, work in the butter until mixture resembles course meal.
    Arrange an even layer of huckleberries in a prepared dish. Sprinkle crumb mixture over berries. Bake about 20 minutes or until the top is brown and juices are bubbling.
