Namibian Lamb Lollies With Garlic Cream Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    For the meat
    2 lbs ground lamb
    1/4 cup chopped of fresh mint
    1 large onion, chopped
    1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
    1 hot peri-peri or 1 Thai red chili pepper, minced
    1 red bell pepper, chopped
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
    1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
    1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    2 teaspoons ground cumin
    1/2 teaspoon ground coriander
    1 teaspoon paprika
    3 eggs
    3 tablespoons cornstarch
    1/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
    For the dip
    1/2 cup cream cheese, softened
    4 tablespoons mayonnaise
    8 garlic cloves, minced
    4 tablespoons of fresh mint, finely chopped
    1 teaspoon ground cumin
Preparation
    Mix together ingredients for the meat and form into meatballs. Place meatballs in nonstick skillet and cook until done, about 20 minutes.
    Mix together ingredients for dip and chill until needed.
