Black Beans With Feta Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (16 ounce) cans black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 cup diced red onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped of fresh mint
2 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 teaspoons olive oil
1 garlic clove, minced
2 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
Preparation

In large bowl, combine beans, red onion, mint and parsley.
In a small bowl, whisk together lemon juice, olive oil, garlic and 1 tablespoon water. Pour over beans and mix to combine.
Fold in feta.
