1 sweet potato, peeled and diced
2 cups butternut squash, peeled and diced
1/2 cup white onion, minced
3 minced garlic cloves
1 tablespoon thyme
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon black pepper
Preparation
