Ground Turkey And Barley Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs ground turkey
    1/2 cup onion, chopped
    1/2 cup celery, chopped
    1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
    3/4 cup quick-cooking barley
    1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
    1 1/2 cups beef broth
    1/2 cup water
    1 teaspoon salt
    1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preparation
    Brown the turkey and vegetables in a large skillet.
    Drain and return to skillet.
    Add tomato paste, beef broth, water, salt and pepper.
    Bring to a boil, then simmer for 20 minutes or until the barley is done.
    You may need to add more water if it appears too dry.
