Glorious Morning Muffins - Light Version - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour
    1 cup quick oats
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    1 tablespoon baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    1/2 cup raisins
    8 ounces crushed pineapple in juice (do not drain)
    1/2 cup shredded zucchini
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1/3 cup unsweetened applesauce
    1 large egg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400.
    Mix all ingredients.
    Lightly grease/flour 12 muffin cups.
    Fill cups almost full.
    Bake 20-22 minutes until golden brown.
    Let muffins stand for a few minutes, remove from muffin tin, and cool 10 minutes before eating.
