Apple Cranberry Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 tablespoons butter
    3/4 cup brown sugar
    2 eggs
    2 tablespoons honey
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 cup flour
    2/3 cup quick-cooking oats
    3/4 teaspoon baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon baking soda
    3/4 teaspoon ground allspice
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 cup chopped peeled apple
    1/2 cup chopped dried cranberries
    powdered sugar (to garnish)
Preparation
    Combine butter and sugar. Add eggs, honey and vanilla.
    Combine dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients to dry. Fold in apple and cranberries.
    Pour into 8 inch square baking pan. Bake at 350 for about 35 minutes or until done.
    Cool on wire rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.
