Fresh Crisp Coleslaw - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head green cabbage, shredded
    1/2 head purple cabbage, shredded
    1 bunch green onion, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, diced
    1/4 - 1/2 cup 2% buttermilk
    1/8 - 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
    1/8 - 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
    1 tablespoon low fat mayo with olive oil
    1 tablespoon fresh lemon, juice of
    sea salt, and coarse black pepper to taste. (lots of pepper is good!)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients; Chill at least 1 hour.
