Country Butter (Soft Spread) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb margarine (not the spreadable kind)
    1 cup corn oil
    1 cup buttermilk
Preparation
    Whip ingredients together in a food processor or mixer (the consistency will be rather soft, but useable).
    For best consistency refrigerate overnight.
    Store in a tightly covered container in the refrigerator.
    Keeps well for 1 month.
