Fruit Lax - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup prune
    1 cup raisins
    1 cup dates
    2 cups prune juice
Preparation
    Put everything in a pot on the stove bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to a simmer until liquid is absorbed.
    Put in blender or food processor and puree.
    Cool.
    Keep in sealed container in fridge.
    Use 2 tablespoons a day on muffins, toast, crackers etc, even alone is good.
