Easy Gremolata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 garlic cloves, crushed
    1 tablespoon mint, chopped
    1 tablespoon flat leaf parsley, chopped
    1 lemon rind, grated
    1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
    4 tablespoons olive oil
Preparation
    Mix every thing together in a small bowl and allow to rest for at least 10 minutes before serving.
    This can be made a day ahead but recommend bring to room temperature before serving.
