Fried Rice Shoyu - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg, beaten lightly
    2 teaspoons vegetable oil
    1 teaspoon shoyu ({soy sauce})
    4 cups rice, cooked
    1 cup scallion, chopped
    1/2 to taste pork, diced or to taste ham, cooked
    1/2 cup green peas, cooked
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet; add beaten egg and scramble briefly.
    Add all remaining ingredients except shoyu.
    Cook over medium heat 4 or 5 minutes, stirring gently.
    Add shoyu; mix thoroughly.
    Cook 2 minutes.
    Serving Serves 5 people
