Oat And Almond Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 cups almond meal
    1/2 cup rice flour
    1/2 cup rolled oats
    1 cup Splenda sugar substitute
    30 ml baking powder
    1 pinch salt
    1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 eggs
    300 ml milk
    100 ml canola oil
Preparation
    Mix together dry ingredients.
    Beat eggs.
    Add milk and vanilla extract.
    Mix into dry ingredients.
    Bake in a preheated oven at 160 Celsius for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
