Crockpot Chicken Philly Cheesesteak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 tablespoons cornstarch
    1 cup chicken broth
    2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
    1 large onion, sliced
    3 colorful bell peppers (optional)
    1/2 teaspoon black pepper
    1 tablespoon garlic, minced
    8 slices American cheese
Preparation
    Mix cornstarch into chicken broth.
    Place all ingredients EXCEPT cheese into the crockpot.
    Cook on low for 6 hours.
    Serve on fresh, hot roll.
    To freeze: Dump all ingredients (except cheese) into gallon bag. Remove air, seal & freeze.
