Crock-Pot Apple Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 apples
    3/4 cup Egg Beaters egg substitute
    1/2 cup flour
    1 1/2 cups oats
    1/2 cup Splenda granular
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1 teaspoon apple pie spice
    1 1/2 cups skim milk
    1 cup fresh cranberries
Preparation
    Peel and core apples. Cut into bite sized chunks (or use a corer/peeler).
    Spray crockpot with Pam.
    Put apples in crockpot.
    Mix all other ingredients and pour over the top of apples.
    Stir and cook on low for four hours.
