Parmesan Garlic Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs peeled and cubed potatoes (4 c)
2 cloves garlic, sliced
3 tablespoons butter
3/4 cup milk
3 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper
Preparation
-
Cook potatoes and garlic, covered with water in a medium saucepan until tender, about 20 minutes.
Drain and return to pan.
Add butter and mash, then add remaining ingredients and finish mashing.
Taste and adjust seasonings.
