Garlic Lime Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
    1 tablespoon olive oil
    1 cup dry long grain white rice
    2 cups water
    2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
    1 teaspoon kosher salt
    2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
    2 teaspoons lime zest, minced
Preparation
    Saute garlic in oil in a saucepan over mid-high until golden.
    Stir in rice; saute 2 minute.
    Add water, lime juice, and salt' bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat to low, and simmer until water is absorbed, 20 minute
    Stir in cilantro and lime zest.
