Black Beans For A Lazy Day - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 teaspoons olive oil
1/3 cup onion, chopped
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 (15 ounce) can black beans, undrained
Preparation

Heat olive oil, onion, garlic and cumin over medium heat until onion starts to brown.
Add the beans and their juice.
Stir.
Simmer the beans covered for about 15-20minutes.
Stir occasionally.
