Cold Peach Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 ounce) bag frozen peaches, thawed
    3/4 cup pineapple juice
    1/2 cup orange juice
    3 tablespoons sugar
    1/2 cup sour cream
    1/2 cup half-and-half
    1/4 cup white wine
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
    freshly cracked pepper
Preparation
    Put peaches in blender, reserving 1/4 Celsius.
    Add the rest of the ingredients, and blend until pureed.
    Dice remaining peaches, and stir into soup.
    Chill until time to serve.
    Top with freshly cracked pepper.
