Korean Oysters - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 oysters (in the shell, opened)
    1/4 cup rice vinegar
    2 tablespoons chili bean paste
    1 inch ginger, chopped and crushed
    1 tablespoon sugar
    soy sauce, to taste (really just a few drops)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except the oysters, in a bowl to make the sauce. Cover and chill till ready to serve. When serving, simply spoon the sauce over the oysters.
