Apricot Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
5 dried apricots
2 tablespoons apricot preserves
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon sugar
1 cup pecans, chopped
Preparation

Chop apricots in food processor.
Add remaining ingredients, except pecans, and mix well.
Roll ball and chill in plastic wrap at least one hour.
Roll ball in chopped pecans, chill until ready to serve.
Serve with crackers.
