Fish Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tablespoons canola oil
    1 onion, finely chopped
    1 teaspoon dried thyme
    1 teaspoon dried basil
    500 g tuna in water
    2 cups water
    1 cup frozen peas
    1 cup frozen mixed vegetables (carrot, peas, corn)
    1 teaspoon chicken stock powder
    3 tablespoons canola oil
    3 tablespoons flour
    1 cup milk
    2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
Preparation
    Saute onion, herbs in oil for about 30 mins if possible.
    Add tuna, water, frozen peas and mixed veges, and chicken stock powder.
    Make white sauce in a separate saucepan.
    Stir white sauce into soup.
    Add white vinegar.
    Check seasonings.
    Serve with parsley to garnish.
