Crock Pot Chicken In Mushroom Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
    10 3/4 ounces cream of mushroom soup
    1 cup sour cream
    7 ounces mushroom stems and pieces, drained (optional)
    4 slices bacon, cooked, and crumbled
Preparation
    Place chicken in slow cooker.
    In a mixing bowl, combine soup and sour cream, and mushroom pieces if you wish. Pour over chicken.
    Cover and cook on low 4-5 hours or until chicken is tender, but not dry.
    Sprinkle with bacon before serving.
    Serve over cooked rice or pasta.
