Oat Bran Apple Pie Muffins (Everything-Free, Low-Cal And Vegan!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 cup all-purpose flour
    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup oat bran (hot cereal)
    2 teaspoons baking powder
    1/2 teaspoon baking soda
    1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
    1 pinch salt
    1 cup sugar-free apple pie filling, apples chopped (half of a 20-oz can)
    1/2 cup apple juice
    1/2 cup applesauce (one 4-oz container)
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350.
    Combine the first eight ingredients (flour through salt) in a bowl and mix to combine.
    Add the remaining ingredients and stir until just moistened.
    Spoon batter into paper-lined muffin tins. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center of a muffin comes out clean, about 30 minutes.
