Restaurant Butter - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cup buttermilk
    1 lb margarine, not whipped
    1 cup flavored oil (I like garlic oil)
Preparation
    Place margarine in a large mixing bowl and let stand until at room temperature.
    Add buttermilk and oil.
    Beat until light and fluffy with an electric mixer.
    Place in a plastic bowl with a cover and refrigerate.
