Creamsicle Orange Sherbet - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cups half-and-half
    2/3 cup fresh orange juice
    1 1/4 cups sugar
    1 1/2 teaspoons finely grated orange zest
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients in a large mixing bowl until sugar dissolves. Cover and refigerate 1 hour. Transfer to ice cream maker and follow manufacturer instructions.
