Hoglager Sweet Heat Bbq Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    112 ounces cider vinegar
    112 ounces ketchup
    16 ounces Karo syrup
    12 ounces molasses
    2 lbs light brown sugar
    2 cups honey, granuals
    1/2 cup coarse black pepper
    1/3 cup kosher salt
    1/3 cup crushed red pepper flakes
    1 1/3 tablespoons nutmeg
    1 (12 ounce) bottle lager beer
    1 tablespoon baking soda
Preparation
    combine ingredients and simmer for 3.5 hrs until semi thick and still runny.
    let cool and then can in pint jars. follow canning directions.
