Smoked Almond Salad With Honey And Oil Vinaigrette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 heads Belgian endive, cut base, separate leaves
    1/4 cup cilantro, roughly chopped
    4 ounces blue cheese, crumbled
    4 ounces smoked almonds, roughly chopped
    DRESSING
    3 ounces olive oil
    1 garlic clove, minced
    2 tablespoons honey
    1 tablespoon lemon juice
    1 ounce white wine vinegar
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Place all salad ingredients in a bowl. Put dressing ingredients into non-matalic bowl and whisk well (ingredients may be put into a mason jar and shaken wel). Pour dressing over salad and gently toss. Serve.
