Air Fried "Hash Brown" Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 medium potatoes
2 generous sprays with cooking spray
3/4 teaspoon seasoning salt

Preparation

Cut potatoes in small cubes.
Place diced potatoes in a bowl and spray with cooking spray.
Add seasoning salt of your choice, toss to coat.
Spread in air fryer basket.
Set air fryer to French fry setting and cook them until crispy, stir halfway through.
