Welsh Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 dash salt and pepper
    1 tablespoon butter, melted
    1/2 cup milk
    1/2 cup warm water
    1 tablespoon sugar
    1 teaspoon mustard
    1 tablespoon flour
    1/2 cup vinegar
Preparation
    Mix egg, sugar, salt and pepper together. Add flour and mustard.
    Keep it a nice smooth paste.
    Add melted butter, milk, water and lastly vinegar.
    Cook over low heat until as thick as cream. Do not boil.
    Keep in refrigerator.
